Featured Pots

Jasperooty Bowl
$20.00

The combination of Ancient Jasper, Blue Rutile and Oatmeal at the rim is unbeatable. This bowl is the perfect size for soup, morning cereal, holding taco-building components or just hanging out on a shelf. On white stoneware; 5-3/8” diameter, 2-3/4” tall.

Glossy Mossy Pair of Mugs
$40.00

Two generous green mugs in red clay will hold your tea or coffee and keep it warm. The mossy green glaze breaks brown over rims and the textured handles, and reflects shades of blue on the flat vertical surfaces. Like most pairs, these are not identical but are clearly related! One is 3-34” tall while the other is 4”. Rims are 4” wide.

Blossom Vase
$40.00

Shades of blue, green, pink and copper bloom and flow on this curvy vase with a pink interior. White stoneware, 5-1/2” tall with a 6” diameter at the rim.

My POV

After a year of pottering, I found myself with lots of pots and nowhere to store them. I also perceived that certain pots seemed to vibe with people I know. They might be celebrating, or grieving. Or need to know someone is paying attention. So I started mailing out stealth pots along with a short note explaining why I was sending it to the recipient.

One friend called and said, “How did you know? I was feeling really low today and then your sweet pot arrived in the mail!” People send me photos of the piece in their home. I’ve received long letters and short texts expressing wonder and gratitude. The element of surprise, the delight in being “thought of” and the pleasure of having something handmade are some kind of secret sauce. So my point, my purpose, my mission, is to give people a little boost. I’m the lucky one, because there are dear people in my life who smile when they see that little pot.
